Goodbye from Human Parts

Dear friends,

Nothing lasts forever, and at the end of this month we’ll be closing up shop here at Human Parts.

For two and a half years, we’ve had the support of Medium, our readers (you all), and some amazing contributors that kept this thing running. But as we prepare to enter a new year, we simply don’t have the resources to keep going. We’ve had a wonderful time sharing these stories with you, and we want to sincerely thank you for listening and sharing with us. It means everything.

Our hope is to continue publishing our subscription-based magazine Inklings, so that pieces we love will still have a home with us. But whether we can do that depends on your support. This month’s issue features Sara Benincasa, Karen Joy Fowler, Gyda Arber, and more wonderful creators.
